THE ROLES:
The Programme puts graduates into key and “real" business roles principally supporting our industry leading Milwaukee brand. Initial roles exist as a Field Marketing Executive and then move into a Job Site Solutions Role. Wherever you begin your career, it is this vital front line exposure to our customers, business events and products, that provide you with a firm foundation for your future progression.
DEVELOPMENT:
Our graduate programme looks to develop our future business leaders and senior executives. Your learning will begin with an intense programme of product and innovation training, so whatever level of knowledge you join us with, you are soon up and running. A range of business skills classroom based courses supplements your on the job training to really develop your skills and abilities to perform at your best. We constantly review the progress of the graduates on our programme and work with you and your manager to explore opportunities for you to progress within the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability to attend an assessment centre in the UK on 7th and 8 h of June 2022
- Technical School or University degree
- Full driving license
- English plus the language of the country you wish to work in are essential
- Right to work across Europe
